VOCABULARY LESSON 3

Topic: Personality and Character
                               
The teacher started the class by making a line in front of a hot chair. she played a song and students had to say whether the name of the song or the artist. If the student didn't  answer within 15 seconds the teacher played another song. While all this happened a balloon was on top of students head with confetti inside. After three minutes the balloon exploded and whoever was sitting in the hot chair  lost.

To introduce the vocabulary, teacher gave a page with 4 different descriptions, students read the description and highlighted words. So, they had to match the words with the correct definition. Once they finished they compared with a partner. 

After that, students had to make to groups and teacher provided a set of cards with the previous words and definitions. there was some music, when the music stopped atudents had to unfold the paper and read the word and try to find the person who had the definition. Later students played some mimics by usind the adjectives studied in the class.

Moreover, students selected a person who inspires them and they had to describe this person and tell in front of the class why does this person inspire them using the previous words..
To finish the class the teacher put in students back a blank paper, so everybody in the class had to write a positive adjective in their classmates back.
